wake up well | virtual yin yoga flow

join ally for a calming virtual yoga class. this yin yoga flow will guide you through a gentle flow of postures designed to help you connect with your breath, reduce stress, and improve joint health. our wake up well flows focus on creating a peaceful, meditative experience for each student, regardless of experience level.

The 60-minute session is designed to allow you to hold postures for 5 minutes helping you cultivate mindfulness and awareness in each pose. The class includes a variety of postures that will work to stretch and bring harmony to your entire body. The slow pace will give you the opportunity to sink deeper into each pose and fully experience the benefits of the practice.
